Open concept done right. 🤠

This barndo is all about big, bright living. Vaulted ceilings with rustic stained beams, a stone corner fireplace with a reclaimed-look wood mantel and shiplap all the way up, and wide-plank floors that tie the whole space together.

The kitchen steals the show with an oversized island, farmhouse sink, crisp white quartz, matte black fixtures, and seeded glass pendants. Add a custom range hood, built-in shelving, and a wall of windows looking out at some land, and you've got a space made for gathering.

Ever walk into a home where every room just *feels* right? That's what happens when design carries through the whole house.

For this project, we paired a statement navy island and a navy double vanity with bright white walls, granite tops, and bold black fixtures. We added warm wood accents in both spaces, including exposed beams and floating shelves in the kitchen and a wood-framed barn-door mirror in the bath. The result is a cohesive, modern farmhouse look our client loves coming home to.

25 years.

On this day, we remember the 2,977 people lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the brave men and women who raised their hands to serve in the years that followed.
And we will never forget. 🇺🇸

Every build has two versions: the one standing, and the one on paper. 📐

This farmhouse already has its bones -- metal roof, board and batten, stone wainscot, and a porch made for rocking chairs. What's coming is the gabled entry with exposed timber trusses, iron and glass double doors, and landscaping to tie it all together.

Ready for your dream home? Let's make it happen.

These cabinets started as raw wood — built, hung, taped off, and finished right here on site. The custom hood surround, the built-in shelving, the uppers stacked to the ceiling… all decided long before a single board got cut.

The part people don't expect about a custom build by us: nothing is locked in until you say so. Painted or stained. Shaker, raised panel, or slab front. Glass doors, open shelves, a two-tone island, a taller hood. Change your mind on the door style halfway through? We'll work it out.
