Building and Electrical Codes will be updated in the New Year. Expect prices to build and renovate to increase. I went through almost 400 pages of just the electrical changes and condensed it down to 15 pages for the guys. We are ready!

It's not always easy finding a damaged burial cable in a 300ft long trench but, the guys got it after a few tries. Tracing toner was no help since the cable was still sending some power through somehow!
