Sorry for being quiet the last few weeks. I've had another uc flare up and have been not feeling well. Went to the doctor's today and got a steroid that will clear it up and I'll be back to my normal, crafty self.

Added some Testors contour putty to the corners and some to the front edge for texture. I then sanded it with my sanding sticks.
Tonight, I put a base coat of paint on it. I'll put many layers to get the desired look but this is just the first. I stopped on one side so I could hold it without getting paint on my hand (I know, I could've used gloves but just doing a quick base). Will paint more this weekend.

My Krydrufi paint station is really coming in handy. It's more for painting minis but I use it for dioramas as well. Check them out when you get a chance. 😁🩵💙

Getting all but the top glued together for the dumpster.

Note: if you do these same plans and use sentra board the same thickness, you'll need to adjust the cuts just a little and glue everything on top of the base instead of the sides of it... I'll make it work though 😁🩵💙

Finally getting off my duff and starting the bot for the

I found the diagram for the dumpster on a site called Holbrook Tech. It's a project for welding students it looks like but I'm using sintra board instead since I've never welded. I'll leave a link in the comments to the page that has the cutout diagram, full plan, svg and dxf files for cnc (I just now thought about trying to use the svg on my cricut 🤦).

I'll glue them together tomorrow and paint if I have time. 💙🩵
