Designing a new bathroom? Here are our shower tile "go-tos" in 2026: 🚿
Natural Stone - it comes in so many colors and variations, it's hard to go wrong when it's mother-nature made because it's backed by a neutral undertone. Blacks, blues, greens, beiges. And tons of size options.
Man-made tile (or the appearance of)- a tile that looks like it was made by hand give tile an organic natural feel. We prefer uniform color tiles (or a family of same color tiles) that do not have printed texture or variation. What color to choose? Here is where you can go with a bold color but you can also go natural. Cle tiles and lower cost Zellige tiles are easy to find and have a ton of options.
Classics- Victorian-era tiles (marble hex mosaics, subway etc) will always be timeless and a classic option especially in homes of that age.
We have used a lot of subway in our past projects. Most have aged well.
