Another project completed for a repeat customer.

We updated their back entry landing with new composite decking for a clean, low-maintenance surface, along with white vinyl railing and posts. While the stairs had to be fully rebuilt due to rot, the new layout ensures a safer and more comfortable use.

We used the existing framing for the landing and reinforced it by adding blocking and bracing where needed. The tops of the joists were also taped to help protect against moisture and extend the life of the structure.

The perimeter was finished with white PVC skirting to give the landing a more finished, clean appearance.

Latest project all wrapped up!

These homeowners wanted a convenient half-bath in their finished basement so family and grandchildren would have easier access during gatherings. After reviewing the layout, we chose the best location and built the space out to fit the room while keeping everything functional.

This bathroom features a dark blue vanity with a white quartz top, brushed gold faucet and hardware, and a matching brushed gold vanity light above the mirror. LVP flooring was installed for durability and moisture resistance while still providing a warm wood look.

Because the bathroom is located below the home’s main sewer line, a macerating toilet system was installed to pump waste up to the main drain line.

A 36" hydronic baseboard heater was also added to keep the space heated during the cold months.

Another job finished for a repeat customer!

With intentions of finishing their basement space in stages, the next step was finishing the basement stairs! Using the existing traditional unfinished, open-riser basement stairs as the base, we enclosed the staircase and added LVP tread caps for a clean, modern look.

Two lights were added to brighten the stairway, and we installed a sturdy, code-compliant handrail to enhance safety while complementing the overall design. Crisp white risers and trim paired with the warm wood tones give the stairway a fresh, updated feel from top to bottom.

Another phase complete and one more step toward a fully finished basement.

Another job in the books!

Recently completed this double garage door upgrade, replacing two old, uninsulated doors along with the outdated opener systems. The original wood trim had started to rot and peel, so we removed it and installed new PVC trim for a clean, low-maintenance finish that will hold up for years to come.

The transformation speaks for itself. The new insulated doors instantly modernized the look of the home, improved energy efficiency, and created a tighter seal at the base — perfect for those snowy winter days. The fresh PVC trim sharpens up the entire façade and eliminates the constant upkeep that comes with wood.

Just wrapped up another deck transformation for a great couple! This one was right next door to a project we completed earlier this summer. There’s no better compliment than when your work inspires the neighbors!

We replaced their worn-out 10’x16’ deck with a larger and safer 16’x16’ upgrade. The new deck features Trex Transcend® Lineage in Rainier, a modern, cool gray. This line is low-maintenance and built to last — no sanding, staining, or painting required. Details like the picture frame border, matching fascia (the surround), and bright white vinyl railings give a polished and custom look.

Now they’ve got the perfect spot for morning coffee, weekend BBQs, and making great memories for years to come. THIS is what a deck should be!

Just finished what started as a simple redecking project turned into a full rebuild—and the end result is better than ever!

A repeat customer originally contacted us to upgrade their aging pressure-treated deck boards and railings with Trex decking, vinyl railings, and PVC skirting for a cleaner, low-maintenance look.

But once demo began, we uncovered some major structural issues with how the original deck was built. At that point, the game plan changed—and we knew the best path forward was to start fresh.

Now they have a sturdy, modern, and low-maintenance raised deck that’s built to last and offers the perfect spot to enjoy their beautiful yard and stunning view.

Proud of how this project turned out and grateful for the continued trust of this awesome homeowner!

Recently wrapped up a special project for a growing family — converting their garage into a beautiful master bedroom just in time for their twins on the way!

We started by raising the floor to match the rest of the home’s interior. From there, we added and relocated windows for natural light, installed all-new electrical, and fully insulated the space from top to bottom.

New drywall was hung, taped, and finished for a clean, seamless look, then painted in a soft, warm beige. We laid durable, scratch-resistant LVP flooring and completed the room with craftsman-style trim and a stylish barn door.

Proud to help this family expand their home with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Wishing them all the best as they welcome two new additions!!

Update on the basement renovation in Vestal! The walls have been sanded, primed, and painted a fresh white for a bright, open feel. We also installed new doors, trimmed out in a timeless craftsman style with 1"x4" stock for clean, bold lines.

Since the space is now functional and the clients are happy with the progress, they generously allowed me to begin work on another time-sensitive project: converting a garage into a master suite for a growing family expecting twins.

Another project in the books! Just finished painting the third room for some amazing clients who wanted to update their living spaces. It's always incredible what a fresh coat of paint can do.

Current project! Homeowners wanted their unfinished basement turned into a useable space. Making the large area into a family room with adjoining bathroom and workout space. Their 10' walls were framed, electrical run, insulated for soundproofing, rocked, and taped. Next comes mudding and sanding to get ready for paint next week!
