With extensive experience in both residential design and project management, Anna brings a thoughtful approach, refined aesthetic, and a deep understanding of the building process from concept to completion. Her ability to seamlessly blend creativity, functionality, and client vision makes her an exceptional addition to our growing team.

Tomorrow, we say goodbye to a very special member of the Refine Homes family.

Joy has been so much more than an employee—she has been a bright light in our office, a crucial team member, a friendly face for our clients, and a genuine source of kindness and positivity every single day. True to her name, she brought joy wherever she went. Her warm heart, infectious smile, and dedication to serving our clients have left a lasting mark on our team and our business.

While we are certainly sad to see her go, we are incredibly excited for her as she pursues a new venture and begins this next chapter of her journey!!
We know that wherever life takes her, she will continue to touch lives and make a difference just as she has here at Refine Homes.🏠

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy the freedoms and opportunities we often take for granted each day. We are deeply grateful for the courage, strength, and selflessness of those who served and for the families who continue to carry their legacy.

In observance of Memorial Day, Refine Homes will be closed on Monday, May 25th, as we take time to reflect and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

What started as a vision has continued to grow into a dedicated team of 20 talented individuals, each contributing their expertise and hard work every day. From our construction crew and design/project management team, to finance, marketing, retail, and operations, every role plays an important part in bringing our projects to life.
Behind every strong and successful team is exceptional leadership. Stephen Erb leads with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to both people and purpose. He empowers those around him by fostering a culture of trust, support, and collaboration, while continually investing in the growth and development of the Refine Homes team — clients and employees alike.
