How would you utilize 576 sq. ft. of extra space? This recently delivered 16x36 farm office building is fully insulated and wired, awaiting interior wall finishes. The layout includes an open-concept office area paired with a smaller kitchen, complemented by two additional framed rooms for utility and office purposes.

This 12x12 Coffee Kiosk has turned out so nice, featuring two drive-through windows for smooth traffic flow. Its interior is designed to maximize space, with room for a full-size refrigerator, under-counter icemaker, and more.

We're excited to see it in business hopefully a little bit later this spring in the Amidon area.
