COMPOSITE DECK OR STONE PATIO — WHICH IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE?

For this project, our customer chose a stone paver patio — this saved this customer $5k while creating even more possibilities for their outdoor space.

And according to industry Cost vs. Value data, stone is more cost effective and has a greater increase in home value over decking. But some do like the feel of wood or composite under their feet. We can do both. A well-designed outdoor space can be a great investment in your home.
