Where is the water coming from?-North Texas water leak locate

You’d be amazed how many times we get called after someone has already started digging where they thought the leak was—only to find a dry hole… or worse, still not find the leak. 🤦‍♂️

Proper leak locating can save you time, money, unnecessary excavation, and a whole lot of frustration.

🔥 WHEN EVERYONE ELSE GIVES UP… CALL THE LEAK GUYS. 🔎💧

This one was an absolute BEAST.

We were brought in as the fresh set of eyes after multiple plumbers had already been out trying to find this leak. Two had come up empty-handed, and even the golf course maintenance team had been hunting for it.

The suspected leak could have been anywhere across ACRES of property, with over 600 YARDS of underground piping running through the golf course, across roads, through the property, and down into a creek.

Most people would start digging.

We started detecting.

Using specialized leak detection equipment and multiple locating methods, we systematically worked the entire system and started eliminating possibilities.

600+ yards of suspected piping…

➡️ Narrowed down to roughly 10 FEET.

Then the concrete gets opened up…

➡️ Narrowed down to approximately 2 FEET.

THAT’S what leak detection is supposed to look like.

No guessing.
No digging up half the property.
No “maybe it’s over here.”

Today marks one year of officially being open for business!

I want to say thank you to all of our customers, fellow contractors, plumbing contractors, friends, and family for your support throughout this first year. We truly appreciate every customer who gave us the opportunity to serve them, whether it was finding a difficult leak, making a repair, or helping solve a plumbing problem.

In our first year, we’ve completed over 200 jobs and successfully located more than 100 leaks. Every call, referral, and recommendation has helped us grow, and we couldn’t have done it without your trust and support.

As the youngest Master Plumber in Texas, starting this company has been an incredible journey, and I’m grateful for everyone who has been a part of it.

Most homeowners hear they have a “belly” in their sewer line but don’t know what that means. A belly is a low spot in the pipe where water sits instead of flowing properly, allowing solids to collect and eventually cause recurring backups.

This belly was much larger than most and was creating major issues. In this video you’ll see the pipe before and after we corrected it.

To repair it, we tunneled nearly 20 feet under the home, replaced the failed section, restored proper pitch, and completed everything with engineering, permits, and inspections.

next, on the to-do list is to perform a hydro jet and clean up those old nasty original sections
