1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 jar (26 ounces) prepared pasta or marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 package (20 to 25 ounces) refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 400ยฐF. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Ground Beef and garlic; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; pour off drippings and return beef to skillet.

Fun Fact Friday: Cows spend a LOT of time eating!

A cow can spend around 6โ€“8 hours a day grazing and eating. With pasture rotations, we move cattle between pastures to give the grass a chance to rest and grow backโ€”keeping the pastures healthy and the cows well fed! ๐ŸŒพ
