Today, our #BlackHistoryMonth spotlight is Charmienne Ganao! Charmienne is the VP of Finance at our CDC in Upper Marlboro, MD.

She has accomplished many things so far with Capital such as A/P error minimization through uniformity and consistency in invoice processing, timely budget and monthly reporting packages, introduction of approval matrix and utilization of analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Outside of work, Charmienne enjoys hiking, reading, travelling, and working out.

He says that he has been blessed to work with the same customer base and department coworkers for over 30 years!

Outside of work, Kenny enjoys a lot of things in life: learning new, positive things from people, helping people, sports, church, and bicycling!
