Another HVAC install completed in Cape May Court House!

Our team finished the installation by setting the indoor head, building and leveling the outdoor unit stand, replaced the existing disconnect with a fused disconnect and installed a surge protector for added protection.

We also removed the old condenser, decommissioned the existing ductwork and electrical, and completed the line-set installation.

Manufactured and mobile homes need HVAC equipment built specifically for them not a standard system. That's what we handled on a recent Cape May job: swapped out the old setup for a new manufactured-home-rated furnace, matching evaporator coil, and a 14.3 SEER Goodman AC condenser.

We flushed the line set, reconnected the gas line, safely relit the water heater, and leak-checked every connection. Then we installed a new thermostat, charged the system to spec, and fine-tuned the blower settings. Final result: an 18°F temperature split right where it should be.
