Our teams have created dealership environments that blend striking architecture, customer experience, and employee well-being.

The Philpott Hyundai in Nederland, TX is a 21,700 square-foot facility. It was thoughtfully designed to support employee well-being and performance.

Our Charlotte team has been teeing up to support the community!

Last week, our Principal Jeff Roman and Senior Project Manager Donald Green supported the arts in Union County! The golf tournament at Monroe Country Club supported the UnionArts, which provides grant fundraising to local artists, schools, and organizations.

Progressive Companies is also a proud sponsor of the Mecklenburg County Government Annual Veterans Golf Tournament. Our Landscape Designer Duncan James was there to hand out prizes to some of the veterans. The event allowed them to enjoy 18 holes of golf, as well as a delicious breakfast and lunch!

These recent golf outings made a difference beyond the workplace. Every swing, sponsorship, and connection helped support local causes.

We’re celebrating an important milestone and looking ahead to the impact that Lyon Square will have for generations to come.

This project broke ground in October of 2023, and today, Lyon Square is still bringing people together.
Throughout ArtPrize 2026, it’s been home to an installation by artists Seejon Czaplicki and Isabella Werschky.

We’re thrilled to see the area we transformed continue to serve the community. It’s a vibrant space where connections are strengthened and experiences are shared.
