Ever wonder why two metal buildings that look almost identical can have different structural requirements?
Wind load is one of the reasons.
A building isn’t engineered based on size alone. Its location, design wind speed, exposure, height, openings, and other project conditions all influence how it needs to resist wind.
So when someone says, “My buddy bought the exact same building…”

“Where does your buddy live?” 😂
