Huge upgrade on these stairs last week for a awesome repeat customer! Out with the old loose carpet and in with the red oak stair treads and white poplar risers! Also swapped out the railing and banister to red oak. It's amazing how much a small 2 day project like this can transform a part of your home so drastically. It was also nice to hear how much they are still enjoying the deck we built them 6 years ago! As always thanks for looking! 🙂

We built this beauty in August and almost forgot to post it. Customer was wonderful to work for and the property was very nice with lots of wildlife. Fiberon composite decking and railings. Her cedar shake siding was rotting because it was directly touching the old deck so we removed it and installed ice and water shield flashing, a pvc freeze board with drip cap on top to eliminate it from ever happening again. Didn't get a before picture as we jumped on the demolition of the old deck so fast but plenty of during and afters. Thanks for looking.

This roof line was very wavy and needed to be removed and rebuilt to get a nice straight roof line. Then we installed architectural shingles and pvc fascias. Forgot a good before but got good during and after pictures. Thanks for looking and as always we offer free estimates! 🙂

This job was very self rewarding. Out with the old starting to rot pressure treated decks. In with the new composite decking with white vinyl privacy panel and white vinyl railing with black aluminum spindles. Two decks side by side. Full teardown- rebuilds. Very generous customers with their cold drinks and very kind tip! The guys and I can't thank you enough and we hope you have lots of enjoyment for many years to come on your new decks. This old barn had a pretty serious structural rot situation that needed to be addressed. We removed and replaced the rotted sill plate and base beam with pressure treated 2x8s and 6x4s. Then we sheathed it, flashed it and installed cedar shake siding. Before and after pictures on that repair. Then the other three walls on the barn needed to be stained so we took it from a light gray to a darker charcoal color at the customers request and we were all very happy with the final product. Much darker and richer toned. Exactly what they were aiming for. As always thanks for looking.

What a transformation this floor installation became. With the hardwood floor in the kitchen and dining room being in such great shape structurally we were fortunate to be able to go right over it with no issues. That saved the homeowner a good chunk of change. However the ceramic tile bathroom floor did need to come out for the height to be correct. It came out beautifully and we have another satisfied customer. Now the floor flows great with the light gray paint and is much more modern and water proof. Before and after pictures. We brought this porch back to life with some new navel decking from South America. We used the North Star screw and plug system for a seamless final product with no exposed screw heads. A little tedious and time consuming but the final product really speaks for itself. The customer has opted to apply oil it to really bring the grain out and protect the decking for many years to come. Before & after pictures. As always thanks for looking. 🙂

This was a fun little build. Framed a new landing. Installed composite decking, vinyl railings, pvc fascia and risers. We used the fasten master plug system on the composite decking boards and pvc fascia and risers for a exceptional finished look. We also installed a new Anderson 3000 series storm door with retractable screen and replaced their second story rotted fascia boards. No job too small. Offering free estimates.
