Spring planting some ryegrass today. I still do some custom farm work. Disking, no till seeding, custom hay baling close to Windom Texas. Custom mowing. Mostly small acreage. Larger acreage close to Windom.

I am 57 and I can honestly say that after 50 years on a tractor, I have done a few things. Now some of you may scoff at a 7 year old running a tractor. I promise you, my brother and I did start when we could jump down and hit the clutch first on that massey 135. raking hay was our first job. My dad sent me across the road at 12 and said help.that man cut hay, he was a custom baler. I would cut hay all day then go to ball practice in the evening. I worked for him 3 summers. Paid for a truck with what I saved and sold a couple cows. Cash.

The real CCR hit the nail on the head in "The Working Man".. "Born on a Sunday and had a job by Thursday. "

I have slowed down a bit. but im still here and I have a better tractor.
