I have received inquires about the moratorium in Camden. The Daily Advance headline in their article has created much confusion. New home construction is happening in Camden.
The moratorium has stopped new subdivision development. For further peace of mind, see a copy of the email below from the building permit clerk in Camden.

Good morning,

The Moratorium is applicable only to land subdivisions and not to building permits. In other words; building permits will still be processed and are unaffected by the moratorium (unless they require land to be subdivided). So as long as you do not intend to subdivide the land, you should be fine.
