🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🦺🐶
They say a dog is man’s best friend and sometimes they remind us of something important: we’re not meant to go through life alone.

At Starr Electric, safety goes beyond PPE and following the right procedures. Looking out for one another matters too. Mental health is an important part of our well-being, and checking in on a coworker, friend, or a family member can make a bigger difference than we realize.

Courage to Care. Safety isn’t just a rule, it’s our culture!

At Starr Electric, every tasks starts with safety. Taking the extra moment to plan the work, wear the right PPE, and watch out for the people around us helps ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Remember to take 5 steps back and 5 seconds to take a survey of the entire work area identifying all issues affecting: safety, quality, and production.
