👋🏾 Meet the Team Monday: Jessica Hamill, Chief Operating Officer

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m the Chief Operating Officer at Tayman Lawn & Landscaping. When you call, text, or email our business, there’s a good chance I’m the one on the other end! I work remotely from Kansas and partner closely with Travis to keep everything running smoothly here in Maryland.

Behind the scenes, I oversee our day-to-day operations, scheduling, proposals, customer communications, marketing, and business systems. My goal is to make every customer’s experience seamless—from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

One of my favorite parts of my job is helping homeowners solve problems and watching their vision come to life. Whether you have questions, need an estimate, or just aren’t sure where to start, I’m always happy to help.

This project involved a septic tank removal followed by expert fill, grading, and restoration work to leave the property safe, level, and clean.

Our owner & CEO, Travis Tayman, personally operated the excavator on this project using our Kubota equipment to carefully complete the removal and reshape the area for a smooth final grade.
