Our ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of residential construction, have a professional demeanor, positive outlook, and effective communication skills.

Job Requirements:
Actively participate in project construction and coach carpenters and apprentices to increase their skills and maintain high quality work on job sites. Assist contractor with anticipated project schedules and schedule adjustments as needed based on project realities. Supervise the activities of apprentices, carpenters and/or independent subcontractors. Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower and materials on each project. Communicate anticipated needs to Contractor on as-needed basis to have a positive impact on our delivery of custom built homes from the ground-up that exceed our customers' expectations.
