It’s been a busy week in my neighborhood of Hidden Valley. 3 homeowners received their brand new 30 yr warrantied roofs paid for by their Insurance!

These homeowners didn’t know they had expired shingles that qualified them for a new roof. After speaking with us they where educated about this unique opportunity and we advocated with their providers for a full replacement.
At the end of the day they all received a new roof for just the cost of their deductible!

The ACR crew came out to my house this Saturday to install my roof and did a great job
They stared at 7:30 am and were packed up and done by 1pm. I’m happy to have a brand new 30yr warrantied roof on my home and to be saving an additional $800 a year from my insurance provider because I put the new roof on.

This homeowner agreed to let me do a no-obligation inspection on their home in late November. We were able to help them get the roof, gutters and siding all paid for by their ins and they only needed to pay their small deductible.

I recently had the pleasure of helping the Cushings get their roof replaced due to a storm damage claim. I really like the color that they picked it goes well with the paint color on the house. It pays to have your roof inspected for storm ⛈ damage at least once a year!

I inspected this home in April and it had obvious wind and tree damage.
After educating the homeowner on the
the ins claim process they filed a claim.
Their ins company offered a measly sum to replace partial damages as is normally the case.

After 2 months of back and forth with their carrier I am happy to report that this homeowner has received a full roof replacement and is very happy with
the roof and the increased property value on their home.

If you ever file an Ins claim on your home and your are denied or offered less than what you think is fair give me a call and I will be your advocate to ensure you get
what is owed to you. Never settle for what the ins company says without having a trained professional in your corner because it can end up costing thousands in the long run.
