Swenson's Renovations & Repairs

Check out this cabin we’re working on right in heart of Murphy! Less than 3 minutes from downtown, but hidden away in a private wooded lot. Built in 1935, this place is a historic treasure!

We’ve installed the Schluter-Systems waterproofing, and the river-rock shower floor. Now it’s time for some wall tile!

More pics to come!

Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. 🤷‍♀️

You’ll get this on them big jobs…👀

You might think you’re saving money; in the long run you’ll end up spending more, and also have a headache to go with it.

Ya get what ya pay for. Don’t be cheap.

These are actual photos from a job we had the pleasure of taking over…

Sometimes the only way to do it right is to start over. 🤷‍♀️

We were called in after another contractor started this shower and left the project unfinished, and unfortunately, there were issues with the work already completed.

Rather than patching over problems, we tore it back out and started fresh.🔨

Because when it comes to a shower, what’s behind the tile matters just as much as what you see when it’s finished.

🔨 Proper prep
💧 Proper waterproofing Schluter-Systems
🛠️ Quality craftsmanship
✅ Done right from the ground up

If we put our name on it, we want it done right.

A project we just completed. We are so grateful for these wonderful people who entrusted us with their project. A little bit of blood, a lot of sweat, and maybe even a few tears went into this project. 🥲

Very pleased with the results! 🙌

for the waterproofing!
