Nowadays everyone is very busy and don't always tend to remember to write reviews so when a customer takes the time to do it after a very large and unusual project it's always greatly appreciated. .Looking to update your finished basement or turn your regular basement into a finished basement this is the way to go. Instead of putting up ceiling tiles or drywall that makes your basement look smaller. Give it the modern industrial paint look. Not only is it modern but it makes your basement feel bigger and gives it some additional character.

Downtown Pontiac small one day project getting buildings back entry way porch and steps cleaned up, shore up some of the framing, sand and coat the metal supports with rust proofing then paint the steps with some Sherwin-Williams deck and dock solid stain. This product works great for very old wood or extremely wet area's /area's that haven't been kept up properly.

Stay tuned for more pictures from downtown Pontiac as there are many buildings being completely rehabed and with Oakland County government moving up to a third of the County's staff into downtown over the next two years having bought seven buildings one 12 story building already refurbished and two others in the process of refurbishment. There are also a lot of small and medium sized businesses moving back into downtown.

Royal Oak: Partial basement remodel. Level up old concrete floor install luxury on a plank flooring, finish drywall and fix old cinder block finish painted after repairs. Created Industrial look painted ceiling by removing old drop ceiling cleaning the ceiling rafters, plumbing and mechanical lines and spring two coats of specific multi-use Sherwin-Williams paint.

Birmingham. Front entry door and window trim was in bad shape after high pressure power washing to remove damaged caulking, rotted wood/broken plastic trim covering. The entire front entry door area was washed down, sanded down, caulked and sandable wood/plastic binder was applied to trim and columns on either side to restore the front entryway to a like new condition. Everything was finished painted with Max Bond exterior three coats classic bright white.

The rest of the home was power washed which included window washing, caulking and side door trim work and painting.

Old bathtub that couldn't be replaced for several reasons so the only option was to resurface it.

Flat pannel cabinet doors. Customer needed to replace some cabinet doors in the kitchen that has painted cabinets. Replicated cabinet doors they needed out of solid oak pannels, 100, 200 and 300 grit sanding then two coats of cabinet & trim semi gloss enamel paint put on simple but modern handlles

Damaged bathroom shower surround never sealed damaged drywall, ni****ne stained walls in a nice rental property. Went through cut out damaged drywall at top of surround replaced and mudded. Washed walls down heavily with TSP then recaulked room, primed and painted walls.

Rental property repaired and prepped for new renters. Drywall repair, touch up painting, Appliance and fixtures cleaned, floors walls and all Cabinetry wash down. All of the doors were removed from the rental and replaced. Several cabinet doors were broken and had to be replaced as best as possible because the cabinets were old and the exact same doors could not be ordered so I replicated doors to a very close match.

Customer inherited home in Pontiac historical district that had a old basement that had seen better days. Went through and scraped all of the old paint off that was peeling and lose. Applied proper concrete electrometric paint. Two areas of the basement had water seepage due to hydrostatic pressure (when water comes up from the ground and gets in between where the floor and the bottom of the wall meet) opened up the old knotty Pine paneling sealed up the areas where the water was coming in from. Wash down the rest of the basement paneling and rafters getting rid of all of the old mold and mildew spots. Now the customer can put the home up for sale.

Hidden Gun room in home built for displaying and storing securely (weapons/ door system not shown for obvious reasons) custom fence door to match modern fence built along with shelving and recaulking of kitchen amongst the whole host of other repairs done from original contractor that did not finish many things correctly.

West Bloomfield: this customer wanted her dream laundry room and she got exactly what she wanted. We were able to design an area within the given space to accommodate everything that was needed including a kitchen pantry area (since the kitchen is located in the next room)

Custom kitchen grade cabinetry, solid surface countertop with large stainless steel Kraus sink and fixture. Large full cabinet build out around new stackable LG premium series washer and dryer. Trucor luxury vinyl plank flooring, wide base and door trim, small closet was removed and a large 8 ft long pantry was built.

Another one of our handyman services of the many different types we offer. I normally only post a small percentage of the hamdyman iobs because it would be a ton of small posts during our larger projects that we do Monday through Friday. This one i decided to put up because the carpet company made me angry. I don't like to see elderly people getting taken advantage of. (Or in this case trying to take advantage of)

Leveling out floors for a local senior citizen who had subflooring that was nailed down in an older home which came loose and needed to be screwed down properly. Also a large dip in the subfloor from the house settling over the many decades where he was having trouble walking on the floor. In that spot right in front.of where he normally sat.The carpet company put carpet down in the rest of his place then told him when it came to the two area's to just go ahead and put carpeting down in these rooms now before the repair and have it fixed at a later date. Sometimes I wonder how people have the nerve to say things like that to older customer's let alone any customer. I got his subfloors screwed down and leveled out properly which took all of 2 hours to do then he was able to have his carpet installed after the floors have been fixed properly.

West Bloomfield bathroom renovation. Removed all professionally applied wallpaper, removed second door into laundry room, reworked hardwood floor where needed , installed modern trim, Ultra Modern vanity & mirror with new light fixtures. Painted room in diffrent colors of white and diffrent sheen's as well for ceiling, trim and walls to give a very bright but not uniform effect which you can tell when you're in the bathroom.

Customer wanted to take the old owner's very dark and dated hallway bathroom and give a completely different more modern clean.and bright feel.

We don't just do remodeling work we have a handyman service too for all those small problems. This customer needed their kitchen drawer fix that fell off, they're outside Stone front porch landing area sealed and clocked with specialized caulking, also some caulking around some windows and a few doors and an interior old fashioned door handle replaced with something similar. Have a few small projects that you need done but you don't think there's anyone who will help, give us a call.

Basement project. Industrial look painted ceiling, fix concrete walls and paint with concrete paint. level out concrete basement floor in area's where plumbing under the concrete had to be replaced, install glue down luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the basement.

Old rusting metal chimney that customer did not want to have to have removed and new metal chimney rebuilt. We were able to sand off all of the roofs and apply a exterior altogether the resistant rubberized coating which will allow it to last for many more years without needing to go through the expense of having a new chimney stack installed. Each year we give back to two originzations or individuals with a remodeling need but have limited funds in the community we serve (Northern Metro Detroit). New Era Baptist Church in Pontiac, basement meeting area in the church was our first choice this year to help out. Day one: Old ceiling tiles have been removed and ceiling metal brackets have been painted ready for new ceiling tiles to be installed. Paint and loose rough concrete has been scraped off floor, patched and prepped for bonding agent and epoxy. Walls have been wire brushed and scraped with one coat masonry paint applied ready for second coat tomorrow.
