Seven interior door slabs installed in existing frames. The hinges, door k**b, and striker were routered out to fit each one. New door handles were installed, as well.

Reed's Restore had a molded drywall ceiling that needed replaced along with the exhaust fan that wasn't in working order. The drywall was removed, exhaust fan installed, insulated, drywalled, and textured the ceiling.

Reed's Restore installed a new sliding patio door complete with new brick molding and J channel for trim. Upon removal of the original door, a rotten header was discovered and subsequently replaced, ensuring the structural integrity of the area.

We repositioned two ceiling boxes to achieve better center alignment, installed a fan fixture bracket, mounted a vanity light and box, and completed the drywall finishing for paint. Following the painting process, the ceiling fan will be installed.

We remediated a crawlspace for encapsulation by removing debris, installing plastic edging, sealing the area, repairing a leaking drain pipe, and insulating water pipes.
