This deck and porch renovation project brings aesthetic value and plenty of outdoor living space for future years. Deck is 585 sq ft of Trex Transcend Spiced Rum composite deck and railings are Afco Series 200 aluminum designed for drink rail (flat top). Deck and two sets of stairs were built with a picture frame design. Renovation also included Hardie Board siding, Pella windows and metal porch roof, exterior ceiling fan, and downspouts.
