✨ A Little Knopf Enterprises Update! ✨
As Knopf Enterprises continues to grow, I’ve been taking a hard look at what we do best and how we can continue providing the best experience for our customers.
Moving forward, we’re simplifying and better defining our project scopes.
Our primary focus will continue to include:
🏡 Flooring — our bread & butter
✨ Countertops
🎨 Select painting projects
🛁 Bathrooms & defined remodeling projects
🔨 Finish-focused home improvements
*Cabinets can be ordered material only - sizes and quantities to be confirmed by client. After the iPad saga we have to go back to the drawing board here and this is what we can offer now.
WE HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT PROVIDE LABOR ONLY JOBS. We will not install materials not sourced through Knopf Enterprises
For remodeling projects, Knopf Enterprises can still coordinate OUR supporting trades needed to complete our scope — including plumbing, electrical, and other specialty work when necessary. Knopf Enterprises has our own trades that we work with consistently.
One important change: when customers choose to hire their own outside contractors or trades, Knopf Enterprises will no longer provide complimentary scheduling, coordination, or project management for those companies.
We we will have future updates and options revolving around virtual project management, consultations and more coming soon. This includes out-of-state areas. Consulting has no bounds. So stay tuned.
We’re also stepping away from larger projects involving extensive permitting or full-scale electrical, HVAC, and similar construction scopes.
The goal is simple: clearer scopes, clearer responsibilities, better scheduling, better accountability, and a better experience for everyone involved.
Sometimes growing a business isn’t about doing more — it’s about getting really good at knowing exactly what you do.
And I’m excited about where Knopf Enterprises is headed. 💕
