1,000 careers. One partnership. One shared commitment to the future of the wind industry.

We're proud to announce that the Tech One Program, developed in partnership with Vestas, has surpassed 1,000 placements and transfers into long-term wind energy careers.

Since launching in 2019, TOP has processed more than 53,580 applicants, delivered over 220,000 hours of hands-on technical training, and helped build a skilled workforce supporting wind operations across 30 states.

This milestone reflects what can happen when workforce development is built around real operational needs and long-term collaboration.

1) Is the rescue plan current and site-specific?
2) Has weather been reviewed for the full work window?
3) Are tools and equipment inspected and calibrated?
4) Is the crew fit for duty, with clear roles and a shared understanding of the service or lift plan?
5) Have all hazards been identified and controls confirmed?

Task- specific planning can improve dropped-object prevention, rescue readiness, and component handling controls.
