One thing we’ve tried to make a priority is getting the team together outside of work each month.

The day-to-day moves fast, so it’s always good to step away from the jobsite for a bit, catch up, and spend time together outside of the usual routine.

A strong team makes all the difference- on and off the site.

Project update from Village at Chatham Hills.

ROW work is now complete, and framing on the east side is beginning to wrap up. Over the next 30 days, the project will continue moving quickly as MEP, exterior trim and siding, roofing, insulation, and drywall all begin rolling into the next phase.

Foundations on the west side of Chad Hittle Blvd. are also on the near horizon as progress continues across the site.

Keep following along as Village at Chatham Hills continues to move forward.

Project update from Village at Hyde Park.

A lot is continuing to move forward across the site as water installation progresses and the next phases begin lining up behind it. Pads are expected in the coming weeks, with foundations on the north end of the development ready to begin.

Soil stabilization and paving are also coming into view as the project continues to build momentum heading into the next stage of development.

Excited to keep this one moving forward over the coming months.

One of the things we enjoy most is being part of opportunities that bring together the next generation of construction professionals and the teams already working in the industry.

We had a great time participating in the Purdue Construction Management outing a few weeks back- connecting CM students looking to network with companies in the industry.

Events like this are always a great reminder of how important those connections are, both on and off the jobsite.

Big thanks to Purdue Construction Management for having us out!

Project Update: Hyde Park is advancing through early infrastructure phases.

Water systems and underground detention are currently underway, with street stabilization on track for early June. Concrete curbs and paving will follow as the project continues to move forward into the next stage.

Foundations are expected to begin in early summer, keeping the project on pace for initial unit deliveries later this year.

A strong start continues as this development takes shape.

Project Update: Magnolia Trace is moving steadily through the next phase.

Six of seven buildings are now in framing, with the final building set to begin shortly. The first group of buildings is already progressing into interior stages, including tile, paint, and trim.

Across the site, concrete work is also underway as sidewalks and shared spaces begin to take shape.

Momentum continues to build as this phase moves closer to completion.

Project Update: Village at Chatham Hills continues to move forward across the site.

With multiple phases progressing at once, the focus remains on maintaining steady momentum as the next stages of construction take shape.

Public roadway improvements are scheduled for mid-May, supporting long-term access and connectivity for the community.
