50+ foundations are now in on the west side of Village at Chatham Hills, and that’s only part of what’s happening across the site this month.

Framing is well underway west of Chad Hittle, with rough MEP work already beginning in the framed units. In the next week or so, paving will stretch across the west side, with curbs following.

Meanwhile, the east side is several steps ahead. Interior trim is underway, cabinets are arriving, garages are framed, exterior painting is in progress, and brickwork is expected to begin in the coming weeks.

Seeing those stages happening side by side gives you a pretty good sense of the coordination behind a 168-unit development like this. While one section moves into interior finishes, another is simultaneously advancing through foundations, framing, infrastructure, and rough-ins.

There’s a lot happening at Village at Chatham Hills right now, and October should bring plenty more to see.

When does a construction site start feeling like a finished community? Magnolia Trace is getting very close.

All buildings in Phase 3 are now in various stages of punch-out, with the first turnovers will happen this October and will continue through the end of the year.

Outside the homes, the finishing details are coming together too. Fencing, irrigation, private walks, streetlights, landscaping, and other site work are all in progress as the neighborhood moves closer to completion.

After months of sharing what’s happening inside these homes, it’s exciting to see the focus expand to all the details that will shape the experience beyond the front door.

What details do you think make the biggest difference when taking a development from built to truly finished?

What does progress look like when two sides of a development are moving at completely different stages?

At Village at Chatham Hills, the east side is much further along, with drywall, painting, exterior trim, and siding all in progress- and brickwork coming soon.
Across Chad Hittle Blvd., the west side is gaining momentum quickly. The north end is now fully paved, foundations and slabs are well underway, and framing has officially started as the first structures begin to rise.

Two sides. Two stages of construction. One community continuing to come together.

If you’ve been waiting to see Village at Hyde Park start rising from the ground, we’re almost there.

Site preparation continues to move forward, with stabilization complete and conduit installation wrapping up. Curbs are next, followed by paving as the streets throughout the community begin to take shape.

And the biggest milestone this month: foundations are officially getting underway, kicking off the next stage of vertical construction.

There’s about to be a lot more to see at Village at Hyde Park. What part of the development process would you like us to show more of as construction moves forward?

The homes at Magnolia Trace are entering one of the most rewarding stages of construction. With flooring, paint, interior trim, and other finish work underway throughout Phase 3, each residence is beginning to reflect the vision that's been taking shape over the past several months.

Outside, landscaping, fencing, monument signage, mailboxes, walking paths, and other community features will soon begin transforming the property into a complete neighborhood.

All 19 homes remain on track for completion and resident move-ins this year, making the finish line officially in sight.

It's exciting to see Magnolia Trace evolve from a construction site into the community it was always meant to be.

What’s happening this month at the Village at Chatham Hills?

Progress continues on both sides of the community as Village at Chatham Hills takes another major step forward.

On the east side, framing and roofing are now largely complete, with drywall underway as the first homes begin taking shape from the inside out.

Across Chad Hittle Boulevard, the next phase is officially underway. Foundations are in progress, with framing expected to begin in the coming weeks as construction continues to expand west.

With vertical construction happening across the entire development, the vision for Village at Chatham Hills is becoming more visible with every milestone.
