Safety First, Always is one of our Core Values — and Jacob Richison showed exactly what that means.

Before moving his vehicle out in the field, Jacob walked his "Circle of Safety," a full 360 around the equipment. Down in a blind spot, he found a fawn curled up. Jacob likely saved that little fawn's life.

He wasn't expecting to find anything. He walked it because that's how our crews work — taking the time to do things the right way, every time.

Jacob has six kids, and he remembers them wanting to play around and under the trucks when they were small. Doing that walk-around is personal to him.
Thirty seconds, and a fawn walked away.

Way to go, Jacob. We're proud of you.

Saturday night at UFC Oklahoma City, RJ made his UFC debut — stepping in on short notice — and absolutely delivered. A monster uppercut and a first-round TKO in just 1:40, keeping his perfect record intact at 6-0!
