Delayne and I desire to bring our personal values to work every day. Our team does the hard work of carrying those values into our customer’s homes. This isn’t always easy - we make mistakes, the value we offer isn’t always what our customer wants, communication isn’t always on point, but our heart is to fix all those situations and leave our customers satisfied that they made the right choice. At the end of the day, our life’s mission is to provide our team with the opportunity to live a full and rich life and to provide honest, exceptional service to the customers who choose us. This award is meaningful to Delayne and I because it reflects our personal mission and what we strive to provide every single day both inside and outside at Covenant Plumbing. We are celebrating Giving Tuesday by partnering with Midwest Food Bank. Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving, celebrated annually on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. At Midwest Food Bank, this year's campaign focuses on providing a meal for a family of four. Every $1 that is donated is turned into $30 of food distributed to families in need.

Be like Delayne and disconnect your hose this fall!

When you leave your hose attached during freezing temps, the water trapped in the line running to your hose can expand and crack open. Avoid costly repairs and flooded basements by simply unscrewing your hose from the faucet and allowing water to drain out. You can extend the life of your hose by storing it in a dry place during the winter.

This small effort will go a long way in protecting your outdoor plumbing!
