Light, open, and loaded with fun features. This modern farmhouse was designed from the start with the utmost attention to detail - and an extra dash of love! These homeowners designed this plan from scratch with their mother, Karen Frey of Transition Designs - an Outer Banks, NC based residential home design firm. We loved everything about working on this project! Some of our favorite features below 🏡
