Every exceptional home begins with a vision, and the Shatemuc River House is a reflection of thoughtful architecture designed to connect people with the beauty of their surroundings. Located along the shores of the Hudson River in Esopus, New York, this custom residence blends contemporary design with the natural landscape, creating a home that feels both sophisticated and timeless.

Designed and built from the ground up, the residence features expansive windows, exposed timber elements, soaring ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen, and seamless indoor and outdoor living spaces. Every architectural decision was made to maximize natural light, capture breathtaking river views, and create a sense of comfort, elegance, and tranquility.

Inspired by the Lenape name "Shatemuc," meaning "the river that flows both ways," this project celebrates the relationship between architecture and place. It demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a beautiful location into a truly extraordinary living experience.
