From early site selection assistance to final construction, Bobbitt partnered with Cregger Company to help bring this South Carolina distribution facility to life.

The completed 85,000-square-foot facility includes nearly 14,000 square feet of office space and a large warehouse designed for efficiency and expansion. Featuring tilt-up concrete panels, a structural steel frame, a 25-foot eave height, and a spacious truck court with multiple dock doors, this project reflects Bobbitt’s commitment to delivering high-performing industrial facilities across South Carolina.

Last Friday, we wrapped up Construction Safety Week with our 6th Annual Safety Fiesta — bringing our teams together to recognize the continued commitment to safety across every jobsite and office. 🎉🎶🌮

Thank you to everyone who joined us and for helping make safety part of everything we do. Special thanks to Gonza Tacos y Tequila, Milwaukee Tools, and the Nathan Wayne Band for helping make this year’s event great!
