Water damage? Definitely not the fun way to start a kitchen remodel. 😅

But if we’re already fixing things… we might as well make a few good changes along the way.

For this kitchen, we kept the existing cabinets, added a new sink, new appliances, a beautiful leathered countertop, and rebuilt the refrigerator cabinet to match the existing kitchen while actually fitting the new fridge. Because apparently refrigerators like to keep getting bigger. 😂

At CSA Homes, we help homeowners work through the insurance side, the construction details, and the design choices so everything comes back together the way it should.

Damage happens. We help make the comeback look good. 😉

Vulnerable moment: we messed up on a countertop twice!! Not the outcome we wanted to give our homeowners. But we are just people. People make mistakes. We just have to stay humble enough to fix them and still provide the high quality in the end.

A few projects keeping us busy lately! 🔨🏡

A water-damaged window we were able to repair without replacing the entire window — success! 🙌 Plus, the start of a new kitchen and basement project!

One of my favorite parts of what we do is taking something a homeowner is worried about and making it better — and whenever we can, better than it was before.

I'll be honest, there are times where I am still surprised when I am planning to stop and clean up at a site only to find it was already vacuumed or swept and garbage was taken care of.
