This was a precision-driven project from the very first step.

The initial phase required detailed tile removal—carefully demoing the existing surface without damaging adjacent wall tile or cabinetry. This level of work takes time, discipline, and the right approach to ensure everything surrounding the work area remains intact.

After preparation, we installed Daltile Emperador Dark marble flooring across the bathroom and extended it into two walk-in closets. Beneath the surface, a full Schluter-Systems ® DITRA-HEAT was integrated, including heating wires and a WiFi thermostat—delivering both comfort and performance.
A key challenge was tying the new installation back into the existing wall tile—matching color, layout, and floor height so the transition feels cohesive and original.

We worked directly with the homeowner throughout the process. To support the full scope of the project, we provide a trusted referral system—connecting clients with experienced contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals—so they can confidently manage their project from start to finish.
