New home concrete flatwork, fill and rough grading, French drain system, patio, steps, fire pit, topsoil and finish grading. We trucked in 124 cubic yards of clean fill to level the back yard. The French drain systems contain 30+ cubic yards of filter aggregate. Approximately 55 cubic yards of screened and pulverized topsoil was spread and graded. The topsoil touch-ups, grass seeding, and seed cover was completed by On The Job Landscaping Services. The fire pit features tumbled Belgian stones and a steel smokeless insert.

Thank you to Franklin Public Schools for counting on Island Time Construction for your concrete projects. This slab will serve as a base for an athletic program shed and portable bathroom at one of the baseball fields.

Island Time Construction on the job in Franklin, Wisconsin. Our fourth project in two consecutive years for our customer.

We excavated and graded dozens of cubic yards of native soil. Removed multiple tree stumps. Extracted and stacked over 10,000 pounds of fieldstone along the pond edge, and harley-raked the area.
