We’re excited to work alongside Concordia to help shape the future of Cobber Athletics, from facility improvements to the long-term vision for a new athletic training fieldhouse.

🏕️ ICON Basecamp: Learn Together. Build Together. Climb Together.

Last week, the entire ICON team came together for our annual ICON Day - a day dedicated to learning, collaboration, connection, and growth.

This year, we took it to ICON Basecamp, where our team stepped away from the everyday to explore new ideas, build skills, tackle challenges, and strengthen the connections that make us better together.

From hands-on workshops and engaging presentations to team-building activities and collaborative challenges, ICON Day gave our team the opportunity to learn together, build together, and climb together.

We believe the best ideas come from people who are willing to learn, share, challenge each other, and grow together. ICON Day is one way we continue to foster a culture where professional development and collaboration are part of what makes ICON, ICON.

🎥 Check out the highlights from ICON Basecamp 2026!

As summer wraps up, so does another great season of internships at ICON! 🎓✨

We asked our summer interns a few questions about their experience and what makes ICON a great place to learn, grow, and build their careers.

We’re incredibly grateful for the energy, ideas, and hard work they brought to our team this summer. We wish all of our interns the very best as they head back to school, and we hope they take the skills, experiences, and memories they gained with them into the next chapter.

Thank you for being part of the ICON team! 👏
