Hello everyone!

We hope you are enjoying this time of year with friends and family, we are as well and we are now busier than ever and looking to supplement our forces!

This Stratford coastal home is one of our favorite new home builds to date. Although the interior will remain private per our clients request, the exterior alone still has tons of character and custom elements. Our favorite part of this design was the rear master bedrooms private balcony. Shielded on all sides and from the weather above, it's the perfect place to have a relaxing evening in seclusion even amongst the nearby neighbors!

This bespoke renovation of a high end loft in New Haven has customization at every turn. All custom cabinetry including a custom island countertop to match the wide plank hardwood, a custom bookshelf, custom tile work, designer lighting, custom paint finishes and wallpapering, and even a custom built office nook with an interior window for daylight productivity. One of our top renovations is having its first and only open house this weekend on Sunday August 10th. The home is located in Hamden CT, on a huge corner lot right adjacent to Whitney Ave and the coveted East Rock neighborhood of New Haven!

This home has new quality cabinets, quartz countertops, custom trim and crown molding, new appliances, a first floor master suite, new hardwood floors and mechanicals. With lesser quality homes selling for more in the area, this home won't last long on the market!

Our team will be on site to walk everyone through to review all the home has to offer from 12 pm to 2 pm. After that we will be accepting highest and best and handing over the keys.
