✔ Work references that can confirm you’re as good as you say you are
✔ Shows up on time and knows which end of the hammer to hold
✔ Takes pride in quality work
Requirements
• Must pass a background check
• Must be dependable and professional
• Ability to work independently without needing your hand held every five minutes

We’re pretty easy-going, but let’s save everyone some time:
We’ll know within the first day whether you’re a good fit. If you’re a skilled tradesperson, it’ll show. If you’re not, that’ll show too. Please don’t waste your time or ours by exaggerating your experience. We have more work than we can handle and need people who can hit the ground running.
In other words, if your resume says “master tile installer” but your cuts look like they were made with a butter knife, this probably isn’t the job for you. 😅
