People first. Always.

An hour before a tornado destroyed our Mineral Wells facility, our president Ryan McConnell made the decision to send all 120 employees home.
The building is gone. Every employee is safe.

That outcome doesn't happen by chance. It happens because of a clear action plan, decisive leadership, and a company culture that puts people above everything else.

Our facility can be rebuilt. Our people cannot be replaced.

We are grateful beyond words for the safety of our team, and our hearts go out to the city of Mineral Wells and the surrounding community as recovery efforts continue.

An update for transparency and clarity from the Maxx Air and Ventamatic team.

On April 28th, a tornado struck our campus in Mineral Wells. We are incredibly grateful that all employees were safely evacuated before impact. The physical damage was significant, but our people are what matter most.

Last week in shipping and fulfillment was slower. Quieter. A bit more somber than usual.

This week, we're moving again. Orders are flowing regularly, and our team is showing up with everything they've got. We are incredibly proud of the people behind this operation and grateful for the patience and support of our customers and partners.

We're not done. Not even close.

Rebuilding Together: Ventamatic Employee Clean-Up
Tuesday’s storm threw a lot our way, but our Ventamatic team's resilience is unmatched.

As we take our first steps toward recovery, we are organizing an internal company clean-up effort. Please note: For safety and logistical reasons, this event is strictly for current Ventamatic employees only. While we deeply appreciate the generous offers from community volunteers and outside groups to assist us, we cannot accommodate non-employees at the site right now.

To our amazing staff: It’s time to roll up our sleeves and rebuild—together. This is a chance to connect, support one another, and take our first big step forward as a united front.

When: Tomorrow at 12:00 PM (Noon)

Where: 100 Washington Campus

Fuel: Lunch provided! Food is included to keep everyone energized.
