Stone Oak project is underway.
This custom 30’ x 50’ x 13’ red-iron shop will feature a wraparound porch on two sides, bringing the total covered roof area to just under 3,000 square feet. Our client shared a stock photo that captured her vision, and we’re excited to bring it to life with a fully customized build.
Last week, we completed the foundation work and underground MEPs. This week, our crew is finishing the framing, with sheeting scheduled for next week. The following week, HVAC, insulation, electrical, and lighting will be installed as we prepare to deliver a turnkey finished space to the client.
From concept to completion, this project is on track to become a custom, turnkey shop in less than six weeks with all trades coordinated and handled by our team.

35x85x24 we are close to wrapping up. Close to 3,000 sqft of mezzanine and a stair case to add to this one as well. Original building burnt down and collapsed due to poor engineering and design of structure. Won’t be any issues with this new structure.
