Weekend Customer Shoutout! 📣📣

We appreciate every single one of you!

Brian is a hard-working dad and husband who does traveling pipeline work that puts him out of town for months at a time. Needless to say, when I got his call as he was driving home to his family for the holiday weekend saying the house was hot and the AC was down—it was game on! 🏈 We had to get it fixed for this hard-working dad!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this man out in the field, and let me tell you, he is a great guy who loves his family and deserves his own shoutout. Getting him back up and running with a new capacitor and a clean system was the least I could do.

Our customers are rockstars, and to us, you are so much more than just the repairs we make to keep you comfortable!

Since I started on here, I like to put out knowledge based information because knowledge is key!

⚡️Those silly small electrical components in your condenser do more for you than you think!

Your contactor takes two different voltages; one that signals go through like a coil to pull down contact pads to allow main power to run your compressor which gives you cooling! Wow, right? Yes, that little thing does all that! Well, he's got a friend too...

Capacitor; this guy stores amperage up to help power on start up and give the first little push needed and saves from all that electricity pulling hard that makes your meter go crazy and your bill fly off the rails!

Here's your fun fact of the day! You made it! I know you're thinking, Jessup's ranting again like old man on a porch!

Fact is, these things fail and having them looked at and tested before that point can save money💸 as these parts wear out, they give improper voltages. This is making your larger item work harder! Improper voltage will heat things up and prematurely cause burnouts of your condensing fan motors and your compressor. These lead to costly repairs and necessary replacement of systems. A little preventive maintenance goes a long way!
