We’re Growing!

We are looking to add two full-time members to our team:

Residential Estimator
Residential Project Manager

Estimator Requirements:
• Proven experience estimating residential construction projects
• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil plans
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Experience preparing detailed budgets, bid packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates
• Ability to solicit, compare, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Experience identifying missing scope, conflicts, and constructability issues before construction begins
• Ability to prepare and price change orders quickly and accurately
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction management software (JobTread experience is a plus)

Project Manager Requirements:
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of Gantt scheduling, critical path scheduling, and maintaining project timelines
• Experience executing change orders
• Ability to proactively communicate project updates, schedules, and expectations with clients
• Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and inspections
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold trades accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
