A few years ago I asked GM Bloomer to help me build a pool for our good friends up in Saratoga. It was our third decent size project for these folks, but our first in ground pool. The quality of every detail within our projects is of great concern to me so I decided to call in an expert(Thankyou Garret!). The education was rewarding! Upon install we used Albany technology posts to place footings for a future cabana poolhouse. Will always hits the target! Here are some photos of the pool house we built last summer.

Our new friend in Loudonville reached out to Blairhouse interiors in hopes to get referrals for a trim carpenter. They gave him our name and this is what we ended up creating together. We are happy and grateful with the way this Foyer turned out, along with several other projects that have been the result of one small connection.

Those who did it first did it wrong, those who did it second applied spray foam, silicone and duct tape. It was a lot of work for us, and these pictures don’t do the adventure justice. I’m thankful for customers who bring their house to the next level, and were willing to fix everything we discovered the correct way as we proceeded. Our list included but was not limited to plumbing, electrical, leveling, furring, chimney work, insulating, sheathing, building overhangs, many replaced windows, an extensive roof, siding, framing adaptations, stone work, trim, a couple of large trees, shoring cables and foundations. We have more work to attend to in the coming warmer seasons for these folks, and look forward to seeing them again.
