NEW FLOORING!!!
- We are back in NC this week, in Zebulon and started replacing the carpet upstairs of this house, over 2000sq/ft, with luxury vinyl plank flooring

IT’S DONE ☑️ ✅

Check out this 2 week house flip we completed in PA on Friday. All that’s left is for the electrician and plumbers to do their finishing work, which should be wrapped up this week. We are excited how this tuned out especially when you see the before and after photos.

2 WEEK HOUSE FLIP!!! Guys we are excited to show you what we’ve been up to this week. We’re in Pennsylvania remodeling the whole first floor of this house in 2 WEEKS! Yes we have a TWO week deadline with only ONE week left 😮Check out some of these before and progress photos of a few of the rooms we have been working in.

- We fully gutted the bathroom and laundry room to the raise the floor and ceiling 8in to no longer be a step down. We also removed the walk separating the two rooms to make for a larger bathroom/wash room combines
- All new plumbing being run in kitchen and bathroom.
- Putting all new cabinets in kitchen with new appliances
- Gutting and redoing the nasty pantry.
- Bedroom and living room pulled the carpet and patching the walls.
- All new flooring going in throughout.

✅✅ We wrapped up 2 great projects this week.
- First one was installing new siding, trim, and soffits on the back of this house and painting it.
- Second one was fixing this drywall ceiling that was settling. (P.s. 👀 peep the black flooring we also installed for this customer a month or so back, but never posted 😀)
Can’t wait to share the project we are starting Monday out of town!

We’ve had a busy and fun week back in NC doing some siding again! This is our last outside job on the schedule for 2021! But stay tuned for lots of inside jobs still to come this year!

‼️End Of Day‼️Made great progress on this wall. Got all the base set and most of the wall set today. Have to finish up corners and then we are ready to backfill and build out steps.
