Suite on Main Street in Royal Oak that we completely re did!

My carpenter went in and hung all new base and casing throughout the whole floor, hung a couple new doors, new drop ceiling in an area, etc.

We did the whole paint job using SW Superpaint ‘Gray Screen’ on the walls, Emerald Urethane White on all base, crown and windows, Emerald Black on door casings and support beams. White ceilings throughout!!

This customer in Shelby township had a big crack across their bedroom ceiling as well as the wallpaper border that was so hard to get off. So we repaired the crack, oil primed the wallpaper, than 2 coats of skim coat to make it disappear. There was also a floor to ceiling mirror that we demoed out and skim coated all the glue marks

Business sign we finished in Troy for Premium Air Systems
We started by sanding down the entire sign and priming it with Pro-Kryl rust inhibitor primer.
Sprayed the entire sign down with Semi Gloss “Frank Blue SW 6967” DTM paint from Sherwin Williams.
We free handed 3 coats of Semi Gloss Superpaint for all the letters and logo!

We finished this one up today in New Baltimore!

The homeowner hung and started the drywall but wanted it to be professionally done.
We came in and slick taped everything needed, installed corner bead and applied 2 coats of finish mud to all seams and corners. We sanded the new board and primed the whole room.
The ceiling got 2 coats of CHB ceiling paint.
The only door for painted with Superpaint SemiGloss and the walls we painted 2 coats of Superpaint Velvet “SW 6765 Spa”.

We also taped, mudded, retextured and primed and area in the master bedroom as well.

This one in Shelby Township took some work!

The homeowner removed her own popcorn ceiling and wallpaper and tore up the walls and ceilings in the process.
We completed two full coats of skim on the ceilings to bring them back smooth. Primed the entire area, walls and ceilings, with extreme block primer.
Ceilings got 2 coats of CHB ceiling paint. All trim and doors that were white got 2 coats of Superpaint Semi Gloss. And the walls got painted 2 coats of “Shiitake SW 9173” from Sherwin Williams!

We completed this job today in Bloomfield Hills.
-We scraped some water damaged spots on the kitchen ceiling, oil primed the area, 3 coats of mud to get it smooth, and painted the whole ceiling with 2 coats of white CHB.
-In the garage they have an active water leak, so we measured out the same size as a sheet of drywall and cut it out for them. They will call us to repair it once the roof is fixed!

This house in Saint Clair Shores Challenged us a little bit but we always pull through.
The was heavy smoke/nicotine damage on everything, ceilings, walls, trim, doors, you name it.
-we started by scrubbing everything down with a mix of TSP, Dawn dish soap and hot water.
-Oil primed everything with cover stain from top to bottom.
-Completed the heavy drywall repairs
-kitchen ceiling went CHB White, bathroom went walls and ceilings both white velvet sheen Superpaint.
-All doors and trim painted two coats of Superpaint semi-gloss white.
-Kitchen walls went 2 coats of Superpaint Velvet color was Porch Ceiling from Sherwin Williams

Repaint we did in Harrison Township!
-Painted all ceilings White CHB besides the bathroom went White Velvet Sheen.
-All walls were painted 2 coats of SW 7517 Rivers Edge Velvet Superpaint from Sherwin Williams.
-All trim and doors were painted Superpaint Semi-Gloss.
