With the torrential rain storms we have been getting over the past few days it has caused quite a few issues county wide. We were greeted to this flooded crawlspace this morning on a remodel project that we are currently on. Our new furnace we installed was just above the water line and there is more rain forecasted with the potential for local dam failure. This crawlspace currently does not have a crock / pump setup and there are other multiple homes that have the same situation. If you have a crawlspace without a crock / pump, we would highly advise having one installed! Luckily we caught this in time to start the process of pumping the water out today. 😬

Out with a failed Mr. Cool DIY mini-split and in with a new Gree Inverter mini-split. The DIY unit had multiple issues due to installer negligence. This new unit will serve these great clients tremendously for years to come!
