Great review from William... "Anyone needing a new or replacement furnace and/or AC unit will be glad they chose Chipps Residential Services LLC. Within a very short time after my inquiry, the owner Matthew, contacted me and arranged a meeting. At that meeting he addressed all of my concerns and offered some very constructive suggestions. Once everything was finalized his crew showed up within a couple of days. Once they arrived they went to work and each worker concentrated on a specific aspect of the removal of the old units and installing the replacements. The workers were very friendly and even while talking did not stop their work and within five or six hours they had my new units up and running and a complete cleanup was done before they left. I would also like mention how friendly and helpful the ladies in the office were."
