🚨 WE’RE HIRING! 🚨

Bombshell Construction Services LLC is looking for a shop/yard worker to join our team!

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of safety, reliability, and getting the job done right.

Position Requirements:
🚛 Valid Class A CDL with NO restrictions — REQUIRED
🔧 Mechanical knowledge or abilities are a HUGE plus
⏰Reliable, punctual, and dependable
💪Strong work ethic and positive attitude
🦺 Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Core Responsibilities:
SHOP SAFETY & MAINTENENCE:
• Keep the shop and yard organized, clean, and ready for daily operations.
• Follow company safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage scrap materials, debris, and general cleanup around the shop and yard.

MATERIALS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT/PREPARATION:
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly secured for transportation to and from job sites.
• Perform basic equipment and tool maintenance, cleaning, and preparation.
• Receive and organize materials, tools, and equipment as they arrive.
• Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects and field crews.
• Maintain an organized inventory and help ensure crews have the materials and equipment they need.

LOGISTICS SUPPORT:
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist the construction team with various shop, yard, and project support tasks as needed.
