The million-dollar question… 🤔

I don’t know the answer, but I do know it’s not (A).

Apricity means: “The warmth of the sun on a winter day.”

And you can be assured, if you’re without heat, we’ll bring the warmth with us.

A huge thank you to the Forest City Lions Club for their generous donation to help support both the 2nd Annual Union Dale Trunk Or Treat and our 2nd Annual Union Dale Christmas Tree Lighting! 🎃🎄

Community events like these wouldn’t be possible without the support of local organizations that are willing to step up and help make them happen.

We truly appreciate the Forest City Lions Club for supporting our community and helping us bring these events to Union Dale. Thank you for being a part of it! ❤️

💧 WHAT’S IN YOUR WATER? 💧

You drink it. You cook with it. You wash with it. But do you actually know what’s in your water?

Apricity Mechanical is now offering professional on-site water testing for only $50!

We use a state-of-the-art electronic water analyzer designed specifically for testing drinking water from private wells and city water systems.

Unlike traditional testing methods that rely on multiple test strips, individual reagents, and visual color comparisons, the Spin Touch uses a 6-wavelength electronic photometer and pre-measured reagent disks to automatically analyze your water. This helps reduce human error and gives us precise, easy-to-read results in just 1–2 minutes!

We test for important factors such as:

💧 pH
💧 Total Hardness
💧 Iron
💧 Copper
💧 Alkalinity
💧 Nitrates & Nitrites
💧 Chlorine levels on treated water
…and more!

Whether you’re experiencing staining, metallic tastes, hard-water buildup, concerns about your well water, or you’re simply curious about what’s in your water, this is an easy and affordable way to get answers.

✅ Only $50 per test
✅ Electronic, state-of-the-art testing
✅ Results available right on site
✅ Great for private wells and treated water

Stop by Apricity Mechanical and ask for a sample bottle today!

Bring your water sample back to us and let’s find out what’s really in your water. 💧

Saving thousands of dollars in heating bills, with a new high-efficiency Navien combination system! 🔥

We just wrapped up this complete heating conversion, replacing the customer’s aging oil-fired boiler with a new Navien high-efficiency propane combination boiler. The new system provides both whole-home heating and domestic hot water from one compact unit, helping eliminate the need for the old oil-fired equipment.

Our team handled the entire project, including:

* Removal of the existing oil boiler system and oil tanks
* Installation of the new Navien combination boiler
* New heating headers, circulators, valves and controls
* Reconnection of the existing heating zones
* New venting and combustion-air piping
* Supply and installation of two 100 gallon propane tanks
* Installation of the propane regulators and gas piping
* System startup, testing and commissioning

One of the biggest advantages of owning your propane tanks is freedom of choice. Instead of being tied to one propane supplier, this homeowner can shop around and purchase propane from the supplier offering the best price and service, resulting in substantial savings over the life of the system.

With colder weather approaching, now is a great time to start thinking about replacing an older oil-fired heating system.

Whether you need the heating equipment, propane tanks, gas piping, or the complete conversion, Apricity Mechanical can handle the project from start to finish.

Uh-oh. 🥶❄️

Sometimes getting the job done means bringing a little more than just the HVAC tools. 🌿🔧

During a recent installation, we found the path to the basement entrance completely overgrown—so we grabbed the w**d whacker, cleared ourselves a path, and got to work.

At Apricity Mechanical, we try to come prepared for whatever the job throws at us. Whether it’s installing new equipment, troubleshooting an unexpected problem, or clearing the way just to reach the workspace, our goal is simple: bring the tools needed and do what it takes to get the job done right.

It’s just another way we strive to go above and beyond for our customers.
